a seven-state region. Mr. Chamblee
was responsible for the day-to-day
operations of a $3.0 billion
diverse real estate portfolio
including the mortgage origination,
mortgage servicing, real estate
appraisal, investment management,
and capital transactions sectors.
His primary focus was the acquisition
of commercial real estate for
the advisory clients of Equitable
Real Estate/Lend Lease Real
Estate Investment.
Capital
transactions completed by Mr.
Chamblee during the last fifteen
years total in excess of $3.0
billion. Business types sold
include wholesale distribution,
service, manufacturing, import/export
and medical service. Property
types sold and acquired include
multifamily, retail, office,
industrial, land, and hotel.
