Mr. Chamblee received
two Bachelor of Business
Administration degrees
(Finance and Management)
from Texas Tech University
in Lubbock, Texas. He
began his real estate career
in 1980 as an appraiser
of commercial real estate
and received his MAI designation
in 1986. He joined the
Dallas Regional Office
of Equitable Real Estate
in 1986. His focus was
on capital transactions
(acquisitions, dispositions,
and mortgage origination).
In 1990, Mr. Chamblee was
transferred to Chicago,
Illinois and served four
years as Vice/Senior Vice
President of Capital Transactions
for the Equitable Real
Estate Chicago Regional
Office.

Mr. Chamblee returned to Dallas,
Texas in 1994 and was promoted
to Executive Vice President and
Head of the Equitable Real Estate
Dallas Regional Office, a seven-state
region. Mr. Chamblee was
responsible for the day to day
operations of a $3.0 billion
diverse real estate portfolio
including the mortgage origination,
mortgage servicing, real estate
appraisal, investment management,
and capital transactions sectors.
His primary focus was the acquisition
of commercial real estate for
the advisory clients of Equitable
Real Estate/Lend Lease Real Estate
Investment.
Capital transactions completed
by Mr. Chamblee during the last
twenty years total in excess
of $3.0 billion. Business types
sold include wholesale distribution,
service, manufacturing, import/export
and medical service. Property
types sold and acquired include
multifamily, retail, office,
industrial, land, and hotel.
Mr. Chamblee is philanthropically
active in organizations that
support the outdoors, youth programs
and conservation. Mr. Chamblee
serves as President
Elect on the Board of the Dallas
Safari Club and chaired the 2009
Dallas Safari Club convention.
Mr. Chamblee is an active member
of several other professional
organizations, including the
International Business Brokers
