Chamblee is
the founder and co-owner

for both private and
publicly held companies
provide the business
platform from which she
serves her clients.
Transferring business
ownership is a most complex
process and she provides
hands-on guidance to navigate
her clients through the
intricacies of each phase
of the business transaction.
She utilizes innovative
business solutions, creative
deal structures, and effective
negotiations to assist
her clients in the achievement
of their goals and objectives.
Ms. Chamblee received
her B.B.A. in Accounting
from Texas Tech University
in 1980 and is licensed
as a Certified Public Accountant,
a Board Certified Broker,
and a Certified Business
Intermediary. She holds
a Texas Real Estate Broker
License and is a Registered
Business Agent.

As an accountant for Price Waterhouse
LLP, her clients included manufacturing,
distribution, and service companies.
She was Operations Manager and
Controller for three family owned
Dallas based companies whereby
she managed the operating and
accounting functions, participated
in sales and marketing activities,
and played a key role in new
business venture expansions.
Ms. Chamblee has been a Certified
Public Accountant since 1984
and is an active member of the
Dallas CPA Society and the Texas
Society of Certified Public Accountants
(TSCPA). Currently, Ms. Chamblee
is serving her second term as
a Director of the TSCPA (2007-2010)
and is serving a six year term
as a Trustee of the TSCPA Insurance
Trust (2006-2012). From 2004 – 2007,
Ms. Chamblee served as a TSCPA
Director and as a Director of
the Dallas CPA Society. During
2002-2004, Ms. Chamblee served
two terms as the Chairperson
of the Relations with Other Professional
Organizations Committee for the
Dallas CPA Society. In May 2003,
the Dallas CPA Society awarded
Ms. Chamblee the "Newcomer
of the Year Award" for
her outstanding contributions
to the Relations with Other Professional
Organizations Committee and in
May, 2004 the Dallas CPA Society
awarded Ms. Chamblee the "Outstanding
Committee Chairperson Award".
Ms. Chamblee is an active member
of several other professional
organizations, including the
Texas Association of Business
Brokers, International Business
Brokers Association, and the
American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants.
Ms. Chamblee is a media resource
for the Dallas Business Journal,
serves several privately held
companies as a valued consultant,
supports her community by serving
as a Trustee of the
Dallas Ecological Foundation
Board and is an active speaker
on disposition and acquisition
